Benjamin Anthony was our inspector that came out and inspected our home. He was on time, polite, and explained in great detail all the issues going on in the home and how to fix it all. When briefing he had detail photos and showed us the true condition of the home. When we purchased our work he didn’t pressure us and ensured we were happy with everything going forward. We have our work scheduled for later in the month but so far extremely pleased with Groundwords.

We had Robert Penny, Service Technician, to inspect our under house dehumidifier (we had TarHeel Basement perform a complete encapsulation several years ago). He was very thorough with his diagnosis and replaced the clogged filter with a new one. Robert was very competent and conscientious with his work – he wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with his service call before leaving. Robert is the best technician we’ve had from Groundworks for the contracted warranty service we have. Just a GREAT COMPANY for encapsulation and warranty maintenance!

After looking under the house, he provided what was recommended, showing pictures of his findings & explained what the recommendations would do for our home. When install day arrived, Jared, Mike & Shy were great! They were arrived when they said they would & was able to complete the job in one day. We are very satisfied with their work!
